Welcome to Outboard Engines Supplier. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Condition: New vs. Used

We specialize in both New and Used outboard engines. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the product description for the "Condition" status before purchase.

New Engines: Covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty (typically 5 years). These units are brand new in the original factory crate.
Used/Refurbished Engines: Sold in their current stated condition. While we inspect all used units for mechanical integrity, they do NOT carry a manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly stated in writing. Used engines are sold "As-Is" with no returns accepted once the unit has been installed or operated.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from obvious pricing errors. We use 128-bit encryption for all payments. Payment must be received in full before any freight dispatch occurs.

3. Shipping & Title of Goods

We provide Free Standard Freight Shipping. Title of the goods passes to the buyer once the freight carrier picks up the engine from our distribution warehouse. Outboard Engines Supplier is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers or weather events.

4. Installation and Safety

Outboard engines are heavy, complex machinery. We strongly recommend that all engines be installed by a certified marine technician. Outboard Engines Supplier is not liable for any damages, injuries, or warranty voidance resulting from improper self-installation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Outboard Engines Supplier, its directors, or its warehouse partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA.
