Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your marine equipment. We accept returns on outboard engines, rigging, and accessories within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the outboard engine or part must be:

  • Brand new, uninstalled, and completely unused.
  • Never filled with fluids (oil or fuel).
  • In its original manufacturer crating or packaging with all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards included.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Because we deal in heavy freight, return logistics are expensive.

  • Buyer's Remorse / Incorrect Orders: If you ordered the wrong shaft length, wrong model, or simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return freight shipping costs. A standard 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover warehouse handling and repacking.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item arrives damaged (and was noted upon delivery) or has a manufacturer defect out of the box, we will cover all return shipping costs and waive any restocking fees.

How to Initiate a Return

Do not ship an engine back without authorization. Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our team manages all customer support and returns directly and will provide you with the exact U.S. distribution warehouse address to route the freight back to.

Refund Processing

Once the returned freight is received and inspected at the warehouse (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
